  I am new to WordPress. I understand that I can purchase a plan and I can get a full 100% refund within 14 days of the plane purchase date. Is that correct?

  For initial domain registrations, the time frame to receive a refund is 96 hours. All other purchasable annual upgrades and renewals have a 14-day refund window.
