  Hi. I’d like to sign up now to create a website, however I’m not clear on how the refund policy works if I’m not satisfied with the quality of the site. Can you please clarify? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  All our paid plans are fully refundable for up to 30 days, but we do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel after 30 days.

  Domains are refundable for 48 hours, so if you register a domain as part of your plan, the domain portion of your plan will not be refundable after that time. However, you can cancel a plan and still keep your domain to use somewhere else, either by pointing it to another host or by transferring it to another domain provider.
