Refund policy is confusing and complicated, no ‘live’ support now

    Your refund policy is confusing and complicated. I shouldn’t have to read an ‘article’ to understand it. That’s bad for customer satisfaction and it’s bad for business. Keep it simple. Or you will lose customers, I, for one. Also, there is no ‘live’ support right now.

    Our refund policy is very clear:

    WordPress.com is happy to issue refunds in the first 14 days after purchase for annual, two-year, and three-year plans and 7 days for monthly plans.

    One exception is to domains, which must be canceled within 96 hours due to their unique registration process.
