How do I get a refund for my premium upgrade?
I chatted with Dave yesterday and he assured me a refund would be process. Currently, I am being billed $99 for premium. I need to know when the refund will be processed or if it was in put into the system.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I do see that the payment was voided on our end. This means that we never actually took the money from your account, but the bank may have a record of the authorization. Please note that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.
Let me know if you still don’t see the refund in a week.
