    I want to refund purchased items in my update section. I clicked refund and the browser just refreshes and shows the same page as before. Can anyone help me refund all items purchased on this account? thank you so much

    I would like to refund the following products on my account
    -WordpPress.com Premium ($99)
    -Domain: apluswritingacademy.com ($18)
    The 2 days refund period has expired for the domain as of today, but I requested refund on the day of purchase.

    Also, regarding canceling apluswritingacademy.com:

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain apluswritingacademy.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using apluswritingacademy.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel and instead we can pro-rate a refund for your WordPress.com Premium upgrade less the domain registration fee ($99 – $18 = $81 refund).

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

    Yes I do want to use apluswritingacademy.com again in the future, so I will go with your suggestion. However, if I keep the domain which I paid $18 and cancel the premium upgrade which costed me $99, wouldn’t I just get the $99 back instead of $99-$18=$81?
    Please verify this so I can just refunded on the premium upgrade.

  • Sorry if I was unclear, think of it this way, here is what you have paid for:

    $81 WordPress.com Premium
    $18 apluswritingacademy.com
    $18 apluswritingacademy2014.com

    I will cancel apluswritingacademy2014.com and the Premium upgrade for a total refund of $99.

  • You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

    Change a domain’s name servers

    You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
