  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on March 27th. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

  Hi, it has been more than 10 business days. We haven’t received the refund yet, I checked with the Finance team. The refund was initiated on March 27. Can someone help me with this?

  Howdy –

  My suggestion is to follow up directly with the bank now. Once we release the money to them, it is in their control. They are who you’ll talk to in order to find out when the money will be released in to your individual account. They can also tell you how it is going to appear on the statement. Every bank has different processing times, so this is why I suggest reaching out to them directly.
