    I think I used this site for a few days and then never touched it. I didn’t know I would be charged after a year. Can I get this refunded?

    What exactly do you want to refund?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post her owns no sites, has never bought any upgrades from us, and have never even provided payment details to us.

    If you’ve been charged for a renewal of a WordPress.com upgrade, it was purchased by another account.

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
