  Dear wordpress, my company subscribed WordPress for around 1 month, however the server is very lag until we want code a website or load the website take 3 times longer than using other platform. We would like to request refund for our purchase thank you

  1 month is way over our refund periods, https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#plans.
  Also only the account owning that site can ask for a refund.
  What is the URL of that site?
