Refund Request for '1' of '2' payments and Site restoration

Hello, my name is Jon Johnson and I currently made 2 payments for the renewal of the website that operate on behalf of the owners (hightimesbeveragecompany.com). Currently you have 2 payments that renewed the service for 1 year. The first one through Paypal (receipt id [redacted by mod]) and the second one {which is the correct one – [redacted by mod]} Please refund the first amount $318.00 to PayPal and use the second charge to continue the service. In the interim, the site has been taken down by you all. Please restore the site as you currently have $618.00. Please advise
