Refund request for bundle
-
Hi
It has been less than 48 hours since my order and I would like to refund my costs for the bundle. I would like to keep my domain name registration however. I would just like to have the refund for the bundle which doesn’t serve a purpose for me.
Thank You
Henry

I cannot lose this domain name. I could see if I asked for this but I didn’t. It was very clear in my email and even on the store that my domain newmathproject was mine and that it was $26 for it. I am fine paying for that. What I am not fine with is that you cancelled this without my approval and then I have potentially lost the domain name forever.

I am a Volunteer. This is a peers support forum where Volunteers answer questions then can answer ie. alcomst all question and flag those threads that require Staff intervention. I flagged your other thread for Staff attention yesterday and Staff have yet to respond to it. When I click your username I discover the domain mapping is still in place. There’s nothing more I can do for you. You will have to wait for Staff to assist you and this thread is likewise flagged for them.

A whois shows newmathproject.com as suspended for spam and abuse – registered a couple of days ago.

Your bundle included the domain registration, and when choosing the receive a refund for the whole bundle, you agreed to cancel the domain that came with it.
I have sent a request to our registrar partner to see if the domain can be recovered without a fee, but I can’t make any promises.

There really should be a way to cancel a bundle but keep a certain portion of it. We see this situation constantly.

Thank you. I received the paypal notification and paid the $18 about 2 hours ago. Let me know what you need me to do from here. I apologize for being so salty but I had done alot in preparation for the debut of this site and I didn’t want to start over with a brand new URL.
