Refund Status

    Hi,
    I have requested a refund on 6th July for the following items.

    These have not yet added to my credit card. Please look into this and revert on the status.

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2021-07-06. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    Also, it looks like the refund was on the same day as the purchase. Sometimes when this happens, banks just cancel the original charge rather than processing a charge and a refund. You might check with your bank to make sure that isn’t what happened here.
