  Hi there! I just want to begin by thanking you all for such an awesome service. However, I recently canceled my subscription and was told it was be a 7 day wait before I received my refund. I believe it may have been more days as of now but I may be wrong. Could I please receive an update on this. Thank you guys!

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund on 6/15, so the funds have been released on our end. I would reach out to your bank if you have not received the refund yet because they may be able to see a pending transaction that you may not be able to see on your end.

  Please talk to your bank and let us know if you have any questions.
