Refund still not received

    Hello, hope you are doing well!
    It has been 2 weeks since I have canceled my subscription to WordPress.com Personal & Domain Registration. However, I still haven’t received a refund, although, I have already received the refund processing email. Please let me know how much longer I should wait. Thank you & have a nice day ahead!

    Hi there,

    We processed the refund back to you on 8/19 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank regarding this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end.

    Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
