refund to a possibly cancelled card???

    Hi, I just got a lot of good help from one of you canceling a domain and business account. But I’m afraid the refund is going to a ‘cancelled card number’ (SAME valid bank account) but the card number is different… will that be a problem?

    Hi there,

    I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. We can only refund to the card that was used for the purchase, and it’s up to the card-issuing bank to route the funds to the new account – or send you a check if you no longer have an account with them.
