    Hello I need help, i want to issue a refund to my recent purchase which is the WordPress Explorer Annual Plan. can you verify on how i do that and whether i am eligible for refund? i recently made the purchase, probably 2 hours ago

    When you downgrade your plan,website.com. will immediately start forwarding to website.com.
    website.com. will be the address that people see when they visit your site. Would you still like to downgrade your plan?
