  My site has auto renewed for £15 However I no longer use it, can I cancel this and get a refund

  If you’re able to locate a transaction ID as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  We’d recommend using this tool to track down the charge and requesting a refund.
