Refunding a premium theme

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to navigate the never-ending loop of trying to refund a premium theme. Apparently I can do it from the upgrades section of my dashboard, but there doesn’t seem to actually be an upgrades section, and everything just spits be back into support, which tells me I can cancel this myself. And yes, it has been less than 30 days. Please advise. And why is it so hard to find?

It appears that Upgrades has recently been renamed “Store”. There may be a small kerfuffle as Support staff is away until the 15th.
However, if you are logged in with the username you used to purchase the theme, and it has been less than the 30 days, as you indicate, you should also be able to see the contact form here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Thanks for the info. But, even in “store,” it doesn’t have any information or mention of premium themes (at least in my view of this page), just options like space upgrades, custom design, etc.
