Refunding and Canceling the Domain Name

    Hi,

    I have canceled my subscription which I bought a couple of months ago. I would like to request a refund for the remaining months. Furthermore, I have canceled the domain name, http://www.beyondthebund.com. I would like to confirm with you that it is no longer public and useable because I will be using another service with the same domain name.

    Please let me know if I can get the refund and the domain name status.

    Non-domain WordPress.com upgrades can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase (domain registration can only be refunded 48 hours after purchase). Your upgrades were purchased 2016-07-26 and canceled 2016-10-23, so they cannot be refunded.

    beyondthebund.com has been canceled. However, it can take some time before the domain registrar makes the domain available for registration again. This is not something that WordPress.com controls and you will need to just keep your out for when it becomes available again.

    If you like, I can try and reverse the cancellation. If successful, you will be able to point your domain to a new webhost using these instructions:
