Refunding Custom Design

I do not use WordPress for an active sharing of the website, hence, I do not need an upgrade in custom designs. I forgot that it was auto-renew. I got charged Aug 12, 2013. Am I able to refund this?? I have no use for it. I am currently with SquareSpace.

No problem – I’ve removed the upgrade and issued a refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
