Refunding the Domain Purchase

  It shows no purchase on this site, but i have the charge to my bank account i would like a refund for the purchase since we can only use it through your site and the site doesnt provide us the services we need

  I can confirm you have cancelled your upgrade and removed it from your account.  To confirm this, go to your Purchases page here, where you will see it is no longer listed: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  You can also see a pending refund here for $96.00, which will take 7-10 days to be returned to your account: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
