  i canceled my domain only three days after i opened it. i was supposed to be fully refunded. but it seems no refund has been processed. please help

  A refund can take up to 10 business days, byt some banks do need a lot more of time.

  Hi there,

  You bought ibra.press and a Personal Plan from us on 16 April. Those upgrades were only cancelled yesterday, on 7 May.

  While the plan is still within the refund period, the domain is not, as the refund period on domains is only 96 hours. The plan cost $48, but .press domains cost $47, and the domain-portion of the plan is not refundable any more. So I can only issue you a refund of $1 in this case.

  Alternatively I can also restore the domain to your account, with or without the plan, and then you’ll be able to continue using the domain here or somewhere else. Let me know if you want to do that.
