  I am trying to request a refund from someone that is powered through you. How can I do that?

  What exactly are you trying to refund? There are no sites and no purchases on the account from which you’re reaching out.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
