From what I can see it looks lie you have cancelled the upgrade successfully, and a refund has been issued. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
It can take a few billing cycles (depending on your institution) for this to show up in your account, but I see a refund was processed on our end. You may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm in the event that you do not see it it listed there as well.
