refunds and upgrading

    When I was buy my Website, I accidentally bought 2 domains, so I refunded one fo those domains, but I wasn’t able to sue the other one, so I refunded the other one too. I was wondering when I will be able to but back the domain that I want, which is “Envirocast.net”, and if there is anyway you can help me. Am already going to upgrade to the personal account, so i want to get the domain free.
