I have this site that I made for a customer a year ago, and she doesnt want it anymore. And I am not paying wordpress another penny until they fix this.
Is someone able to help me?

I see there has been a recent payment on your account for that site, but I also see you’ve disputed that payment with your bank instead of just contacting us for a refund. If you dispute a charge with your bank you essentially accuse us of fraud and there is a legal process that needs to be followed before your bank will be able to refund you, provided the dispute is closed in your favour.
We are also fined when you open a dispute against us, and you won’t be able to do anything to the site until you pay the chargeback fine that’s applied to the site as a result.
If you cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to remove the chargeback fee and refund you ourselves, but that depends on how far along the dispute has already progressed. If it’s too late to cancel the dispute you’ll need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which takes around eight to twelve weeks.
