Regain access or backup

  A few years ago, the website qwqer.com was registered and hosting was set up. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine which email was used to register the account. A couple of days ago, we encountered an error message saying, ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ As a result, we are unable to access the admin panel. Is it possible to retrieve the email used for hosting registration in order to regain access? Alternatively, could we at least attempt to restore from a backup?
