  Hi, Gemma: I wish I’d connected with you yesterday! Yesterday I wanted to migrate my perpetualradar.com dot.org site to dot.com but couldn’t gain access to perpetualradar.wordpress.com, a student project I created about four years ago. Without that access, I wasn’t able to name my dot.com perpetualradar, which was necessary. Interestingly, in the last support chat I had, (before giving up on the dot.com idea) I specifically identified the ‘original’ perpetualradar.wordpress.com, but technical difficulties resulted in the Happiness Engineer not reading the last comments I posted. At 2 am I gave up and signed up with my hosting company for another year.

  Are you trying to login to your perpetualradar account in order to access the site? Were you trying to reset the password, or just login to the account?

  If you paste in the exact error message I’ll take a look.
