Regaining access to a wordpress.com subdomain website

    I need to gain access to a website for our business that was put up quite some years back by someone who is no longer with us. We do not know the password they used nor the email address however we think we know the name they used. This website is very old with incorrect data that is effecting our business. We have tried requesting forgotten password links but nothing seems to work. Is there someone at wordpress.com. we can talk to in support and prove we own this business to try to regain access to this site.
