Regarding Adding GDPR Compliant Privacy Policy, Terms And Conditions And Cookies On My Survey Website

  Heyy everyone

  I am currently new here in wordpress, and I’ve successfully created a good survey website in which I will later send people the results via email.
  Everything’s set except from one important detail/obstacle.
  Since I am about to gather emails using mailmunch, I believe I need to have my Privacy Policy and Terms And Conditions set on my website, so I can be as safe as possible in the eyes of GDPR.
  How can I create one? What should I write exactly and where can I possibly find a ready one for free?
  I’m also confused about cookies. Is is necessary? What should I do about that one?
  (Note that my email will also include promotional/affiliate links)

  I didn’t mean that there is anything something particularly wrong with my website, I’m just asking generally about what should someone do about GDPR Compliant Privacy Policy, Terms And Conditions And Cookies on a survey website.

  Knowing the URL of your site will help us point you in the right direction for the information you are seeking. Staff here can only assist with sites hosted on WordPress.com. So if you have a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, our advice will likely not apply to you.
