I have purchased a domain for my site. But it is not reflected in the URLdomain of my site. please help how i can change URL address with my purchased domain name. I have just purchased name. do i need to make some other purchase to make it work??

Hello there,

I see the domain simplypatentz.com on the site, however, I can not see a paid plan.

In order to set a custom primary domain, the site would need to have a paid plan in place.

I can see that paid plan provides custom domain free for one year. But as I have already taken the domain it will be a loss to me.cantou please guide me further if I can add this domain to paid plan while avoiding the double payment for same thing

I see that you canceled the domain simplypatentz.com and then purchased a plan and registered a different domain (simplyypatent.com).

Do you want to keep that new domain, or do you want the other one? If you want the previous domain (simplypatentz.com), please cancel the current domain, and then I’ll restore your other one.
