Regarding hosting plans and WordPress plugins

    Hello, I’m trying to make my first hosted website, and I have a question regarding plugins. Earlier, I was prompted to upgrade to WordPress’s business plan when I tried installing a free plugin. My question is would I still be able to use these free WordPress plugins if I were to avail hosting plans from other providers—such as SiteGround, Bluehost, or DreamHost—instead of the actual WordPress business plan? If so, is it available for all of their plans or are there any specifics to do be able to use WordPress’s free plugins through other hosting services?
