Regarding my blog using the sela theme

My blogs theme is currently the seal theme and while I have a blog page for posts about general lifestyle tips I am wondering how I can make another page that posts in a similar blog like fashion but on beauty tips. So I’d like to keep them separate but want them both to operate as a blog like post page. Is this possible and if so how can I do it? Thanks

Hi,
Use a category page titled “Beauty Tips.” Category pages are automatically generated when you assign one or more categories to a post. To display them in a menu you’ll have to first create and activate a custom menu, if you haven’t already done so, since the default pages menu will only display links to the posts page and to static pages.
