regarding my site publishing issue

  I want site where there is home page which is static and all other page should be shown in menus. as now if i want welcome page i have to search for mydomainname/welcome/.i don’t want it .i want that i just need to enter my domain name in searchbar and it show home page and than i have to click on menu for going to onther page.

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
