Regarding payment

    I have paid INR 2,400 for a new domain for my blog. I took the personal plan. But now it’s showing like the plan I took is free. But I have already paid the amount for personal plan and the amount is deducted from my account. What should I do? Will I get a refund?

    I see two upgrade attempts on 31 January. For the first one your card was declined by your bank, and the second payment, made via Netbanking, is still showing as pending, meaning they haven’t finished processing it yet. As soon that payment is processed on the bank’s end, the upgrades should be added to your account.

    If this hasn’t happened by tomorrow, please let us know and we can check if there might be another issue holding this up.
