  If you want to use third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan. But perhaps there is another solution; what are you trying to do?

  Hi @nisdelightzzgmailcom, I just wanted to add, depending on what you want to add to the headers and footers, we may already have a solution in place that won’t require outside plugins. If you’ll send info on what you’re trying to add, we can check.
