Regarding plugins and themes

  I was trying to install plugins and themes to build my website but for everything I am getting to upgrade for creator plan but not even some plugins are for free can I get any help regarding this.

  There is no way round but if you want to use third party plugins and themes on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Creator Plan.
