    If I have already purchased domain name and hosting then wordpress is free for me with everything else like no wordpress ads etc.?

    It depends where you bought the domain and hosting. If you bought your domain and hosting from a third party provider as e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, … you don’t need wordpress.com. Instead you must install the open source wordpress.org. But most hosting providers offers a special wordpress hosting. To know more, you must contact your hosting support.
