I need to know more about the differences between self hosted websites and those which are not. I need to know if I choose a website which isn’t self hosted,if the things I write there can be removed and deleted without my knowledge and permission. And,I need to know if self hosted websites are free or not. I need to know which kind of website will be suitable for gaining money through blogging,having the things I write to be secure and the website to be under my control only,and a website which will be suitable for becoming famous and gaining a large amount of audience.

Any hosting company can always remove content if you violates their Terms of Service or if they are forced by law.
If you want to have a selfhosted site, you must buy a domain and hosting at a hosting company of your choice.
You can gain money or become famous with any site. You have that in your own hands.
A website is always under control of its owner.
