Actually I’m making a online hotel booking site, so I need a login option on the home page. So login window is for access a certain portion of website and for transaction of money on booking.
So, please help me to choose which plan should I purchase.

Based off of what you are trying to do, I would recommend using a self-hosted site, for WordPress.com no longer has ecommerce options – something that would be ideal for the transaction of money. Also, with the access to plugins, database management will be much more extensive, and so would options for a password protected page.
