  hi,
  I’m trying to register with the register endpoint as shown in the docs example.
  I’m getting {‘detail’: ‘Method ‘GET’ not allowed.’} as a response.
  what should I do?

  Hi there,

  Can you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to set up? Also what is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system? It wouldn’t be possible to do this on chatboardblog.wordpress.com since it’s not possible to access source code on free sites (but is possible with an upgrade)

  You are sure you are trying to do this on chatboardblog.wordpress.com or are you referring to a different site? Also can you share a link to the documentation you are referring to?

  no, I tried to register from my localhost. I can only access it from wordpress website?

  Oh okay. So, you’re using the WordPress.org software. For that you need to post in the WordPress.org support forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).

  the forum you posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform, which is different than the WordPress software that your’re using. You can learn more about these differences here:
