Register with corporate email is not possible

  Hi,

  I’m trying to register a WordPress.org account (username: vasilemogos) on the company domain saltedge.com, to submit a WooCommerce plugin. I get this message:

  “That email address already has an account. Your account is pending approval.”

  I never registered before and never got any email about it. A colleague on the same domain tried too, with a different email, and got the exact same message.

  Since it’s happening to two people on the same domain, it might be a domain-level flag, not an individual account issue.

  Could someone please take a look? Happy to share the exact email addresses and usernames via private message if needed. We’re on a deadline to submit our plugin.

  Hi @vasilemogos,

  To clarify, are you having issues creating a WordPress.com account? I can confirm that you do have an active WordPress.com account using the email address you’re currently using.

  That being said, it appears you may be referring to WordPress.org instead. Is this correct? If so, you can locate the WordPress.org forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
