registered a recent remove account

    please help me to check the status of (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I have recently removed .. I encounter problem when I try to register it again from siteground

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    When you delete a WordPress.com account, it gets blocked forever once 30 days passed after deletion.
    The email address is locked for 30 days after deletion.

    We can’t help directly because user management system is not connected to WordPress sites created through other providers. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.

    The good news is that help is available from Siteground directly. I recommend contacting them to see if they can assist you with your account. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
