Registration Platform and Payment Process for Workshops, Classes and Camps

I want to add a registration platform and payment process to my website for attendees to register for classes, workshops and camps. Some of my programs and camps have multiple dates. I also want to be able to post/link to social media – face book, twitter and instagram to help promote. What is the right/best product for me to add to my word press site? There are so many to choose from but I want simple for me to manage and easy for my customers to order from. I also want a contact form so I can gather information from my customers, along with the ability to view analytics.

Sharing buttons, auto-sharing new posts to social media, and contact forms are built right into WordPress.com, so you can use all those features on a free site:

If you want a more integrated solution where someone registers, and then get taken to a dedicated checkout page to pay for that registration, account management so customers can create accounts and save their details for future purchases, etc. you’d need something like the Bookings plugin in WooCommerce. To use that on WordPress.com requires the Business Plan.
