Registration to get into the website

  Hey guys
  A quick question can you set you website up a website that people need to register with name, phone and email to get into and view the website content, or once they enter the website and they want to view a link inside the website they have to give details ? I am looking at making a property website but trying to catch peoples detail first before giving them the information ?
