    hello I created the site of-businessandbeauty last year I did not take the subscription to renew every year I would like to be reimbursed the amount of 47 € which I have been drawn this month

    I’ve cancelled the recent renewal of your Personal Plan and refunded the payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. The plan will expire and be removed from your account completely in about two weeks.

    Your domain, of-businessandbeauty.com, is also due to renew next week. If you don’t want it to renew, you can disable automatic renewal from the Purchases page:

    We sent several emails to remind you that the renewal was coming, both for the Personal Plan and for the domain which will renew next week. Please check if those didn’t perhaps go into your spam folder.
