Reimbursement

I cancelled two purchases of domain mapping within the 30 Day period on December 17th. I still haven’t been reimbursed for the amount. How should I go about getting my reimbursement. They told me it would take up to 3 weeks and it has now been more than 5 weeks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I checked your account and saw that the refunds for those two mapping subscriptions were in fact not processed. I apologize for that inconvenience. However, I just officially processed the refunds and you should see the them posted to your account within 7-10 business days.
