Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with your site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

however, that site is hosted by GoDaddy, but was managed by WordPress (you manage another site of mine, too).
I neglected to renew the management in a timely manner and now it’s gone!If access to its content is still available, I’d like to reinstate, please.

I’m afraid you may be confused about WordPress.com vs the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org. Based on the information you’ve given us, your site was using the WordPress.org software and was not managed by WordPress.com.
If your site was hosted with GoDaddy, you will need to talk to their support team about if your content is still available. WordPress.com only has access to sites hosted on our servers.
