  We had changed our office computer and are struggling to reinstall the word-press program. Is there anyway for you take us through step by step into getting it back to working order?

  WordPress is not a program you can install on your computer. It’s software designed to be run on a web server.

  The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider WordPress.com. Our services are entirely web-based.
