reinstall wordpress useing fanstico in cpanel

  i am trying to install wordpess on website http://www.watertimersforhoses.com useing fanstco .the errow i recieve is that i can’t install because i allready have it install but i haven’t .its was install and i deleted and now trying to reinstall useing fanstico would you please tell how to resolve and get wordpress install like it should be

  That’s not a free hosted WordPress com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. This one is only for free hosted WordPress>COM blog issues. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.

  There is no c panel on any free hosted WordPress.com blog like http://whdowdy2.wordpress.com/ There is no FTP access and you cannot install anything into a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

  This site http://www.watertimersforhoses.com/ is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com site and we do not provide support for it. Cannot your host ie. whoever you pay to web host that site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have separate logins. I repeat if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
