  how do i set up related posts after my blog posts. i dont have any blog posts uploaded yet though, as my blog is brand new. do i have to load blog posts first then the option to add related posts will appear?

  Yes. You need to have 10 published posts before the “related posts” will start to appear. More information can be found here:
